Cyngor Cymuned Ffordun gyda Tre’r-Llai a Threlystan

The Community Council consists of volunteer elected and/or co-opted councillors who represent the three villages in Powys, Mid Wales. Its main purpose is to represent the interests of the community and topics discussed at council meetings range from planning applications, organisation and maintenance of sports and recreation facilities, to highways and many other issues.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE / GRASS CUTTING

WITH BIODIVERSITY AND RESILIENCE OF ECOSYSTEMS

for 2025-2026, 2026-27 and 2027-28

 

Tenders are invited for three seasons

2025-2026, 2026-27 and 2027-28

(with a review break after 1 year)

for grounds maintenance and grass-cutting work consistent with maintaining and enhancing biodiversity and resilience of ecosystems.

Tenders to cover contracts 1 + 2 (for details email clerk as below)

must be submitted clearly marked GROUNDS & GRASS-CUTTING TENDER

to reach the Clerk to the Council by 5 p.m. on Monday 24^th February 2024

(each contract to be priced individually)

If any tenderer is to their knowledge related to any Member of or holder of any office under the Council, then they and the person to whom they are related shall disclose the relationship in writing to the Clerk.  The Clerk will report any disclosure to Council.  Failure to disclose may result in disqualification of the tender.

Canvassing of any members of the Council, directly or indirectly, for the tender may result in disqualification of the tender.
